Can Your Bed Frame Cause Back Pain?

Back Pains are one of the most common complaints in relations to mattresses or bed frames. Though the ailment is frequent, the pain or discomfort usually subsides after an hour or so. Having a well adjusted bed often negates the possibility of back pain when you wake up.

Back pain from bedding can happen through a plethora of means, though the most common is the bed having some adverse affect upon the spine. Typically a bed/mattress is supposed to provide support for the spine and other joints, though they can under-perform. Underperforming beds/mattresses tend to cause the spine to fall out of alignment, which in turn causes a form of backpain. Though as much as underperforming mattresses can cause back pain, the opposite can also be true. A mattress too firm can often exert too much pressure upon joints and ligaments, causing sever pains and aches to the user.

A bedframe is the foundation of the sleeping experience, it provides additional support to your mattress. Which in turn provides additional support to you, a poorly chosen/constructed bedframe can lead to a mattresses sagging, not allowing it to provide ample support to your spine, causing further back pain.
