For an individual with limited mobility, getting them an adjustable bed frame can be the difference between them experiencing comfort and independence or having to despondently rely on others. 

  1. Keep a variety of aids near the bed

For example, you could keep a foot anchor at the end of the bed. This can be used by an individual by hooking their foot into it to help them get the leverage to sit up.

  1. Use a bed rail - it’s a lifesaver

A bed rail can be an enormous support to someone of limited mobility. Additionally they are easy to install and cheap along with it.
