The million dollar question to begin with…
What is a duvet?
A duvet is a type of bedding which is a soft flat bag that is filled with materials such as feathers, down or synthetic materials that is used for warmth during sleep.
Now, let’s get into our top tips!
Top Tip 1: Allow your duvet (an bedspread) to get some air
Now, during the night we all sweat and that can leave moisture on our sheets. Therefore, it’s important to allow our sheets to dry out. Additionally, leave two hours before you chuck your bedspread back onto your bed - let it air out as thoroughly as possible so that your sleeping experience is as hygienic as possible!
Top Tip 2: Wash your duvet regularly to keep it hygienic
Well, we’ve just covered the importance of airing your duvet. But that doesn't mean that your duvet no longer needs to be washed! It's recommended that you wash it at least four times a year, which is not too difficult for most people out there.
