You should also wash your clothes at a hot temperature for longer than 30 minutes as heat and steam kill bed bugs. This isn’t guaranteed but it is very effective. To be extra cautious you should dry clean your clothes at a hot temperature for longer than 30 minutes or longer. This also goes for bed sheets. You should consider using anti-bacterial detergent.
