Which Mattresses Can You Flip?

Which mattresses can you flip?

Flipping your mattress is when you turn your mattress over, so you are using the other side of the mattress that is at the bottom and giving the top of the mattress that you have been sleeping on a break. Flipping the mattress lets you slumber on both sides of the mattress.  Rotating your mattress implies turning your mattress around. This means your head side of the mattress will now be at the end of the bed where your feet usually go and the part of the mattress that your feet were is now at the end where your head will be.

What are the different types of mattresses?

  • Innerspring
  • Memory Foam
