This item will be delivered in a box where the mattress will be vacuum sealed. To set up and expand the mattress, place it on your bed and cut out a small hole anywhere in the sealed pack. This will help it rise and take its shape. Please allow 12 hours for the mattress to fully settle and expand before using.

I chose this for its reviews and I was disappointed you can’t feel the foam layer at all just the springs so is no where near as comfy as the reviews make out.
