I would like to say its value for money instructions is pretty good once you study it first before you fix it toghther.I would say follow the video it's the best way as me and my daughter put the parts toghther and completed the bed.I would say it highly recommended to buy as you can call the owerner at anytime.I called to ask on the day before my bed was coming he as I wanted to know what time around.He stated to call the next day and he could find out where abouts the driver was as planned, I called he told me where my driver was and gave me a time which he thinks he would be here. He even told me the area he was in I would say that's first class response as you never get that much with other suppliers.

Great bed. Pain to set up

Fast delivery, great customer services. Bed as described, took a while to build up, but got there in the end!

Good value for money but fairly time consuming putting it together. Daughter is pleased with it.

This mattress is quite firm. I have to buy a topper to put on it. After sleeping for a week, I found the mattress met my requirement with a topper, much better.

I am still waiting for my response from the customer service. I want to return my items but the response is not yet. Very poor communication method.

I'm an engineer, so do feel qualified to be able to say, this bed is very high quality. Previously had an ebay one, which looked identical. But the fact is this one uses better materials, thicker metal, better brackets, better wood, better instructions, better everything. Yet is the same price. Absolutely can't recommend highly enough. Amazing.

Looks great, assembled well.

The bed frame is great and as advertised. The assembly instructions were clear but the assembly itself involves a lot of bolting and screwing and tight corners. Put half a day aside for this. Other than that it’s a great bed frame.

Take me ages to assemble all peace together
And missing few tools
If wasn’t for that. U would give 5 star.

Bought this double mattress for my bedroom and it's fantastic bought medium to hard which is great for my back but does not lack comfort as previous mattress fabulous price with great delivery followed instructions as given removing mattress from box and only opening package once on the bed .
