Q: What is the Guarantee on your Products?

Our Products all come with a Minimum 12 Months Guarantee. Our mattresses come with 10 year warranty. More info can be found here

 

Q: How long to receive my Order?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 8.00 PM UK Time, will be dispatched using a next day service. We work with Tufnells to deliver our products.

 

Q: How can I track my order? Simply take your tracking number and visit: https://www.tuffnells.co.uk/track-and-trace

There you can enter your tracking number along with your post code to receive full tracking details.

 

Q: What if the order isn't delivered? If the order isn't delivered after 7 working days, we'll investigate this with the couriers. In the meantime we'll offer either a full refund or a free replacement package to be sent out free of charge.
