The bed itself is very good value. It looks more expensive than it cost, was very reasonable for a super king ottoman. It doesn't seem super sturdy but hopefully it'll last okay, haven't had any problems so far.We got the fitting service and the people who came were really unprofessional. Scraped all the boxes up our newly painted staircase despite me asking them to try to be careful of the walls. It took them 3 hours, which they complained to ME about, like it was my fault, and that it had made them behind for all their other jobs. Then there was an awkward hanging while they were waiting I assume for a tip. I'd already paid for the bed and service, and had to repaint the staircase, so didnt appreciate the assumption of a tip.

Just moved into a new apartment with my partner so needed to get ourselves a new bed, we didn’t have any equipment to put the bed together so we paid for it to be assembled by the delivery guys. once ordered we only had a couple of days to wait, so it arrived pretty quickly.on the morning of arrival the delivery men gave us a ring in advance to let us know how far away they were so we could we ready to let them in. they were incredibly polite and helpful, and ensured any questioned that we had were answered. they had the bed made within 30 minutes and cleaned up all the boxes and plastic for us.it’s important to note that the bed only comes with the mattress IF you select that option, which we did, as the men said they’d had a few customers before who made that error before.the mattress itself is incredibly comfortable, it’s firm enough for support with a good amount of spring so it doesn’t feel like you’re lying on concrete, but you’re not sinking into it either.there’s huge amount of storage under the bed which was important for us.would definitely recommend this, it’s a great bed for the money that we paid, very happy with it. huge thanks to the guys that put it together for us too :)

Bed arrived on time. 2 boxes. Easy to assemble decent instructions. Looks good when put together. And the storage is brilliant! Lower than the bed I had previously but it’s a great bed! Recommend.
